Last Week’s Happenings

Last week was a busy week. My son got his first Covid vaccine and watched the Formula E race, my partner and I went to his mum’s house for a BBQ where we got attacked by honey bees and ended up having to move into her conservatory to escape, and I started playing Valhelsia, a modded SMP Minecraft game, with some friends and family.

Paul was really happy to get his first vaccine done. He stayed calm while we were at the GP, which was really good as he’s quite phobic of needles. He’s looking forward to getting his second jab so that he can finally go on day trips again. He really misses going to the airport and into Leeds City Centre!

The BBQ at my partner’s mum’s was nice, despite the bees chasing us into the conservatory! Here’s a photo of one of the nice bees who was just happy to collect pollen from the flowers.

Next Week’s Happenings

Monday the 17th of May is my official three year anniversary on Twitch as a streamer! You are invited to join me over on Twitch throughout the day as we celebrate! At 10 am BST I’ll be doing my daily Para Sports show and afterwards, I’ll be playing several quick “one shot” games — games which are typically finished in an hour or less or can be played for awhile and then easily put down. Some of the games I have planned are Burly Men at Sea, Little Inferno, Minion Masters, and Paperbark. The day time stream will last until 3 pm BST, at which point I’ll be taking a break to get ready for my normal Monday night stream. The celebrations will continue at 8 pm BST, with Vampyr, during which I’ll be giving away Steam game keys and gift subs to people who are active in the chat!

Final Thoughts

I honestly didn’t think I’d still be streaming when I started 3 years ago. The channel has undergone a lot of changes in these last 3 years, but I really like the direction we’re heading, and I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for all of you! Here’s to the next 3 years! ❤
